汪洋,男,博士,预聘教授。IEEE Member,中国电子学会会员。聚焦新一代高精度、高可靠性的光电传感芯片研究与应用推广。基于标准CMOS工艺提出单光子传感系统的高效单片集成策略,解决高信噪比的单光子探测器和全芯片级抗静电浪涌的高可靠性防护网络两大核心技术难题,有效地推动了国产光电探测芯片、车载通讯总线的产业化,实现了相关企业产值数亿元,为先进智能传感应用的单光子检测关键芯片机理与集成技术提供基础支撑。汪洋获得2022年度湖南省科学技术发明二等奖;主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、2023年度国家资助博士后研究人员计划A档资助、第74批博士后面上基金;发表SCI/EI论文60余篇,其中以第一作者/通讯作者身份在IEEE Trans. Power Electron、IEEE Trans. Circuits Syst. I、IEEE Trans. Instrum. Meas.、IEEE Trans. Electron Devices.等半导体期刊发表SCI论文27篇;申请或授权国家知识产权30余项。
