窦昱钦,工学博士,2024年获南京航空航天大学集成电路学院工学博士学位,同年加入南京邮电大学集成电路科学与工程学院。研究方向聚焦高性能计算电路设计、硬件安全、AI软硬件协同加速及相关自动化工具研究。近年来在集成电路领域顶级期刊 IEEE TCAS-I、IEEE TCAD、IEEE TETC 等发表高水平SCI论文十余篇;兼任 IEEE TCAS-I、IEEE TCAD 及IEEE ISCAS 等权威期刊、会议审稿人,并有多篇专利受理/授权。曾赴英国贝尔法斯特女王大学开展一年联合培养,主持并参与国家自然科学基金、华为技术有限公司联合研发项目等多项科研课题。
